Ficiel in Claude and ChatGPT

With Ficiel's connector, your assistant (Claude, ChatGPT or another compatible client) reads your history, finds the contacts to follow up with and prepares your follow-ups, without leaving the conversation. It's included from the 10-day free trial.

In the Claude app

The address is always the same:

  1. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
  2. Add a custom connector and paste the address.
  3. Claude sends you to Ficiel: you log in, choose what the assistant can do, and you're connected.

No key to copy in this case. The connection then shows up in your Ficiel settings, where you can cut it whenever you want.

In ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor

In ChatGPT, the connector is added as a custom connector through developer mode, in the advanced settings. In Claude Code, Cursor and other clients, you use the same address with your personal key.

You create your key in Ficiel, under Settings > MCP (for admins of your account):

  • you choose what it can do: read only, or read and send;
  • you can have up to 3 active keys;
  • a key only sees your organization, and you revoke it in one click. A revoked key is refused from the very next call.

What you can ask

Name Ficiel in your request: in claude.ai, the assistant only opens an app when you name it. A few examples:

  • "With Ficiel, who left me on read?"
  • "With Ficiel, prepare a follow-up for [contact's first name]."
  • "With Ficiel, where am I with [contact's first name]?"
  • "With Ficiel, show me my month at a glance."

Many answers show up as an interactive screen, with buttons, right in the conversation.

So you don't have to say it every time, add this in Claude (Settings, Profile, preferences): "When I talk about my DMs, my leads, my follow-ups or my setting stats, use Ficiel and show its screens."

The same safeguards apply

Your assistant only sends if you gave it permission, and always within Ficiel's limits: blocklist, sending caps, spacing. Every send must name its recipient, and it's refused if that name doesn't match the real contact.

On Essentiel, the assistant handles all the day-to-day: reading, searching, preparing, sending, scheduling, organizing your contacts and adjusting Kord. Intégral adds the setup: automations, AI per channel and your offer amount.

In short
