Protect your account

Updated 28 October 2026

Your Instagram, WhatsApp or LinkedIn account is your work tool: Ficiel is built never to put it at risk. Here's what it does to protect it, and what it never allows itself to do.

Why Ficiel spaces out your sends

Networks watch accounts that send too much, too fast. So Ficiel keeps a human pace:

  • sends from the same account are spaced one to three minutes apart;
  • a cap per account applies to everything that goes out, across every tool;
  • the number of new people contacted per hour is limited;
  • for the 72 hours after a connection, Ficiel sends half as many;
  • on LinkedIn, the cap is stricter still, because a restriction there would hit your professional account.

When a limit is reached, the send is pushed back, never cancelled. Details in Review and send.

What Ficiel never does

  • No mass sends, no cold messages. You follow up with people who are already in your conversations.
  • No automatic follow-up with someone who never replied to you. Following up with those people on autopilot gets accounts restricted. Kord prepares, you send.
  • Nothing goes out without a decision from you: a click on send, a message you scheduled, an automation you wrote and turned on yourself, or an assistant like Claude that you gave permission to send.
  • Ficiel posts nothing, likes nothing, follows no one.
  • Kord only sends the links you give it.

Your password

When you connect Instagram or LinkedIn, your credentials are only used to log you in. They travel over an encrypted connection, and Ficiel never stores your password. WhatsApp doesn't ask for a password at all: you link Ficiel as a device, from your phone.

You can disconnect an account whenever you like, from Settings > Connections.

The network's security alerts

Right after connecting, Instagram sends you a login alert from a new device. That's normal: Kord connects from our servers, not from your phone. Confirm it's you, otherwise the connection gets cut after a few minutes.

In the first few days, Instagram may still send you a security message. It's the network spotting a new device: that's expected, and apart from confirming the login there's nothing to do. Above all, don't disconnect from Ficiel on reflex.

Your data

Your conversations are hosted in Europe, with private access. Your voice notes are transcribed on our servers and aren't sent to anyone. The full details are in the privacy policy.

In short

  • Spaced sends, a cap per account, extra care after a connection and on LinkedIn.
  • No cold messages, no automatic follow-up with someone who never replied.
  • Ficiel never stores your password, and you can disconnect an account anytime.
